[Venue usage fee]

Venue fees are free for banquets only, or for conferences and banquets.

If you do not have a banquet and only use the venue, a fee will be charged.

Weekdays: 10,000 yen per hour (room charge)

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 15,000 yen per hour (room charge)

【parking】

Our store does not have a parking lot, so if you are coming by car, please use a nearby coin parking lot.

【cancellation charge】

If you wish to change the number of people, please contact us by the day before.(An answering machine is also available)

Regarding cancellation fees (number of people), if you cancel on the day, you will be required to pay the full amount.

Cancellation fees for banquets are 50% 3 days before, 80% 2 days before, and 100% on the day before and on the day.

【Cooking】

Our restaurant is buffet style.

(Although it is not all-you-can-eat, we do have some replacements available.)

For hygiene reasons, food will be served for up to 2 hours.

【drink】

Beer and oolong tea will be provided for your toast (afterwards, please choose from the menu at the drink counter).

As part of our efforts to achieve the SDGs, we ask that you exchange glasses and bottles as much as possible.

All-you-can-drink is for 90 minutes.

(In order to allow our customers to relax, we do not announce last orders.)

[Equipment]

All equipment is available for free rental.

Microphones, projectors, extension cords, screens, tables, walls, etc.

In the event that equipment is damaged, damaged, or lost, the customer may be required to pay for the repair or compensation.

[Venue usage hours]

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be punctual for the sake of other customers.

If you are able to make preparations in advance, we would appreciate it if you could come early and help ensure a smooth process.

If the use of a banquet with a conference exceeds 4 hours, an additional fee of 10,000 yen will be charged for each additional hour.

[About closing]

The final closing time is 9:00 (leaving at 9:30).We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[Other notes]

Regarding the use of microphones in the venue, please refrain from shouting in a loud voice.

We appreciate your cooperation so as not to cause any inconvenience to others.

We kindly ask that you please refrain from gathering in front of the front desk or talking loudly, so as not to disturb those around you.
